Last updated: October 2026. This notice covers ifleetusa.com and the iFleet app for Android and iPhone. Both are run by Thomas O'Neill / Evolve 480 LLC ("iFleet", "we"). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Marketplace accounts. Your name, email address, a securely hashed password, and your account role. A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in.
Listings. What you type into a listing: title, description, asking price, category, vehicle details (such as make, model, year, mileage, VIN), and a general area such as "Phoenix, AZ". Listings are public once approved.
Seller contact details. The contact method you choose for a listing (email, phone, or message) and its value. Buyers see it so they can reach you. We email you a link to confirm your contact before a listing goes live.
Photos. Today, listings show photos from links you provide. Photo uploads are coming soon. When they launch, uploaded photos are stored with Vercel Blob, and location data (GPS/EXIF) is removed from each photo automatically before it is saved.
Reports and appeals. If you report a listing or appeal a moderation decision, we keep what you send so we can review it.
Website forms. Name, email, phone, market / area code, and the other fields you type on ifleetusa.com forms. We store them in Airtable so we can follow up on territory interest, fleet-partner interest, platform interest, and area-code lookups. Every area-code check is logged (code + time + result). That log is a demand map, not advertising inventory.
Paid marketplace options are paid through Stripe's hosted checkout. You enter your card on Stripe's page, and iFleet never sees or stores your card number. We keep a record of what you bought and the Stripe reference for it. Stripe's own privacy notice covers what Stripe collects.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It runs on every page of this site and in the app. We do not use it to show you ads.
Our Gear and Shop pages contain paid links to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. When you click an Amazon link, Amazon and other third parties may serve content and advertising, collect information directly from you, and place or recognize cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on your browser. Amazon's own privacy notice governs what Amazon collects once you leave ifleetusa.com.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work if you do.
Vercel (hosting, analytics, and photo storage), Airtable (form submissions), Stripe (payments), and our email provider (confirmation and notice emails). They handle data only to provide their service to us.
We keep account and listing data while your account is open. Listings that expire or sell may stay in our records so we can handle reports, appeals, and fraud. Form submissions are kept as long as we need them to follow up. Data is sent over HTTPS.
Signed in, open Account in the app or on the website and choose Delete account. Your listings come down and your account is closed right away. We remove the remaining personal data from our active systems within 30 days, except records we must keep for payments, security, or the law. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of form submissions, email us.
Do not submit government IDs, payment cards, or other sensitive data through our forms or listings. They are not built for that.
